Health with 'Ask a PT' - Part 2

As in the previous post, this segment is dedicated to getting the opinions of Personal Trainers on the real and relevant questions that can arise in our quest for a healthy lifestyle.
Every 2 weeks we'll get their opinions on a question based around the pursuit of health, motivation and eating habits.
I'm excited to learn from the wealth of information they together, have to share and hope it can benefit you too!

Do you have a product or piece of advice that keeps your fitness motivation elevated as the weather gets colder?

Sometimes a goal can feel a million miles away and I think that's why a lot of people give up because it feels like its never going to happen. I use the happiness planner as it keeps me focused on what my goals are and helps me to realise I am actually taking steps towards them.

Reset your goals and make your training fun by trying something new; gym classes are good because they are going to keep your fitness up but are going to make you want to train inside! If you are going to train outside look at short high intensity to keep your heart rate up and your body warm.

Let’s stay motivated together! What do you do to stay on track with your fitness in the colder months?

Don’t forget to check back in two weeks for our next question! And if you haven’t already, check out last fortnight’s question here!
Always remember to consult a health professional when making drastic changes to your diet or lifestyle. These are all opinions of qualified Personal Trainers and should be implemented alongside a balanced diet and lifestyle.
